Hosts Peter & Penny - Very friendly & hospitable. VERY SPACIOUS (apart from 1 bathroom)- accommodation in the form of a Cottages with all accessories needed! Lots of extras including air conditioner, although self-catering breakfast is available on request. Will go back any time.

1 Scott Road B&B is based in Manors, Pinetown, cool and close to Pinetown Central, just outside the heat of Durban. Come walk in our gardens. Relax next to our sparkling pools.

We have 3 rooms available, Our 2 bedroom unit 1A Scott Road, and our one Bedroom unit at 1B Scott Road..

1A Scott: (Shared Unit)
Room 1, the first room in the 2 bedroom unit, has a double bed bunk with single on top, sleeps Three people, and the other room (2) has one double bunk and a Sleeper couch sleeping 4 people. We also have an addition 3 stacked beds available when needed (Sleeping a total of 10 People). 1A Scott has an Open plan full kitchen and lounge with a private pool, and 2 entrances available, both with automated gates.

1B Scott: (Private Unit)
The second unit is made up of 1 bedroom on Suite with a queen size bed and a futon in the lounge that's makes up a double bed when needed (Sleeping a total of 4 people). It is an open plan with a Full kitchen and opens out onto a shared pool with us.

Both units have unlimited band width, always on Internet access available, and wireless access for a laptop connections. They also have complete braai facilities and DSTV in the lounge. The units both have fully equipped kitchens (Stove, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Work Area & Sinks) allowing you to prepare meals. We also have a washing machine available to guests.

At any one time we can sleep a maximum of 14 Guests.

Security is of no concern, Alarms and Armed Response, remote controlled gates and of course our guest friendly dogs who love children and any extra attention given.

Ideally situated for Business Men and Woman as we are close to all main roads, and especially close to all business surrounding the Pinetown area. Also close to most sporting events in Pinetown (such as walking distance from Lahee Park) and the Durban areas. We have also found that many families have enjoyed a stay with us, during events such as weddings, as well as people needing a place to stay when they need to be close to loved ones admitted to Crompton hospital, which is within walking distance from our facilities. Another popular request is for people doing studies and attending functions at both Edgewood training college and the Experimental, Development Training college which are both in Richmond road, under 3KM from us. We have also had many international guests enjoy a stay with us. We have had single stays lasting as long as 6 Months at one time.
